Also, with us - no sales pitches, and no up-sells. The only time we suggest something more expensive than what you've chosen, is when your choice is not available. Our more expensive options are still about half what Disney advertises for these same rooms.

How do we do this? That's a fair question. We have a network of Disney Vacation Club owners. These owners have purchased long-term, flexible use of Disney Resorts. You can call it a timeshare, just for ease of the explanation. The nuance is that these owners bought the nicest timeshares in the world - actual deluxe rooms, suites, and villas in Disney resorts - like The Contemporary and Animal Kingdom (and 5 equally stunning others).

These owners usually have around 2 weeks of usage annually - depending on a handful of factors. If the owners don't use their time, they lose it. So, Stay at WDW facilitates the owners getting something for their alloted and unused time, and excited vacationers getting to stay onsite at Walt Disney World for the best discount we know of. Try to say that 10 times fast.

Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Sat: 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Sun: 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

We may not send any correspondence, or be generally available during times outside of these hours - although we usually are - but not always - so please be understanding that we take time off for sleeping, the infrequent meal, and spontaneous field trips to WDW - we have annual passes and it's about a 12 minute drive.
